Introduction
Welcome to Quoti ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our web application, Quoti ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our App.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Quoti, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
Description of Service
Quoti allows users to generate content and post it on social media platforms. The App provides tools for creating, customizing, and sharing quotes.
Eligibility
To use Quoti, you must be at least 13 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
User Account

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

User Conduct

Ownership
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Quoti and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content
By posting or generating content on the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform, or display such content.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quoti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App;
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party;
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quoti and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
